From the time I walked in to the time the service was complete, I was kept well-informed about the process from A to Z. It’s a busy location and I visited early summer, so I fully expected to wait a long time, but the front-desk staff were very communicative, even though they looked like they were juggling a lot. The boat needed service as well as a new cover. The gentleman, Mike, was very friendly, and the visit pleasant, while Brandon communicated precisely what was needed to get my dad’s boat up to snuff. Lakeview Marine was ready to repair it but we were have issues with an insurance agent who wouldn’t return calls about our claim. Brandon of Lakeview Marine actually temporarily put in his boats motor so we could be on the water for the Canada Day long wknd!! Amazing service we highly recommend!“
